Raymond Osborne, 94, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Charleston, WV, passed away, November 3, 2022.
He was born March 16,1928
Raymond was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Darlene and a son,
He was retired from Snyder’s Ashland Station on Spring St.
Raymond was survived by his loving family, children, Patricia Short of Tampa FL, Richard Osborne of Clendenin, Scott Osborne of Elkview, 12 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Elk Funeral Home, Charleston, with Elder Danny Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery, Charleston.
Family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
